We offer consultancy services in building designs (new / expansion / renovation) and medical equipment procurement, handling, installation, care & maintenance.
In addition to consultancy, we install all modalities of medical equipment and their frameworks for new / expansion /relocation projects. All our services can be requested as a package or individually.
We service most brands of medical, laboratory and clinical equipment in Kenya and other cities in Africa. We professionally repair and service sterilizers/autoclaves, washers, surgical lighting, exam chairs, surgery tables, and provide in-house training on use of equipment and proper sterilization protocol.
Entails a one-year contract to service and repair the client’s medical-equipment. The terms and conditions are guided by the status of the equipment, with the main take home for the client being two major routine maintenance works and unlimited visits in the eventuality of a breakdown. The service level agreement can also be comprehensive whereby, spare parts are covered in the contract, hence when needed, automatic replacement is done at no extra cost to the client. This approach provides an agreement for a one-time engagement / case at hand. Unless the client requests otherwise, consumables and spare parts are not part of the contract.
Certain equipment failure warrants for extremely immediate responses on account of the support they offer patients.
